The Job Board Design, Management and Search Company
You need good people, but they are getting harder and harder to find.
What are your options?
Pay a headhunter – For a resume they skimmed off the Internet? Is that really worth 20-30% of the candidate’s first year salary?
Advertise on a Job Board – This is where most job seekers go now. But which board do I choose? There are over 40,000 Job Boards out there and most job seekers go to at least 5-10 a month. And how do I write an ad that will “stand out” from the others?
Search the Resume Databases.- This is way more expensive than running the ad, and who has time to look through all of those near misses?
We have the answers you are looking for!!!
Search less. Hire for less. Put the savings on your bottom line!

The High Cost of Traditional recruiters
WOW! What a great opportunity to tell the world about what works and what doesn't
I have been recruiting head hunting for 15 years and I have seen alot of success supporting clients in finding talent. Recently I began a journey and have partnered with http://www.search-xpress.com/ a group of professional who have perfected the sourcing and finding process to fill open job orders, and we do it for the same price as you might pay for the ads on Monster Careerbuilder HotJobs.
So the question is this for all who are reading.
If you could have your job openings come up top on 15-20 premium job boards and have the databases scrubbed for interested, available and qualified candidates, have them screened and result in 3-5 Interested Available and Qualified Candidates ready for interview, would that be worth $2100?
This is what we do and how we do it, how does this differ from traditional recruiting?
$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
Recruiters pull from the internet 70% of the time, very few ever have a personal network and they still want 20-30%
What do you think? Are you paying too much for recruiters when it can be done for a fraction?
